How you drive your car is unique to your personality, and it’s the same in SHIFT with the new Driver Profile feature.

In SHIFT, Driver Profile is a real-time tracker of your evolution as a racer. Are you aggressive or precise? It all depends on which moves you pull on the track.

If you like to go around corners clean and pass with care, you’re a precision driver. If you prefer to trade paint with opponents or try to spin them out, aggressive is more your style. Both styles are rewarded equally, but which is more fun is entirely up to you.

With each race, no matter where you finish, you will earn profile points that go towards leveling up your driver.

Every level up unlocks different rewards for your driver; a bonus car, more slots in your garage to store your growing inventory of dream cars, or money to put towards a new car or customizing your current ride.

In each race, you will have to achieve goals to gain stars that go towards unlocking more events.

You may need to complete a lap in record time, pull a wild corner slide, or any other number of tasks to get to the holy grail of SHIFT, the NFS World Tour.

Over the course of your career, you also will gain badges for performing maneuvers on the track, such as winning a race with a Japanese-made vehicle or trading paint with 50 opponents.

As you advance through your driver profile in SHIFT, more cars and events will become available, even invitational events not available previously, such as the Porsche Carrera GT Challenge at Spa Francorchamps.

How you drive in SHIFT determines how you advance in your racing career. It’s all up to you.
