LAMBORGHINI GALLARDO LP560-4

All of the numbers and letters in the Lamborghini LP560-4’s name has a special meaning to the automaker.

‘LP’ stands for ‘longitudinal posteriore’, referring to the car’s rear-mounted engine; 560 referring to the number of muscular horses pulling its 5.2-liter V10; and ‘4’ meaning, well, four wheels.

The LP560-4 is trimmer than the previous generation of Gallardo, dropping about 50 pounds and greener, cutting CO2 emissions by 18 percent, but stomp on the gas in SHIFT and your LP560-4 will scream to life just like the one that blew by you on the freeway this morning - but you won’t get any speeding tickets.
